Who is this program designed for?

This mentorship is designed for both new and experienced real estate investors who want to master the fundamentals of luxury property flipping. Whether you're just getting started or looking to scale an existing business, the program will give you the clarity and confidence to take action.

How is the program structured?

The program includes 8 pre-recorded modules released weekly on Wednesdays (starting Feb 25), plus 7 live group calls on Mondays at 4pm PST (March 2 – April 13). It culminates in a 2-day intensive retreat in Laguna Beach on April 17–19, 2026.

How much time should I commit each week?

Plan for 3-5 hours per week, including watching the pre-recorded module and attending the live group call, plus implementation time. The more you put in, the more you'll get out of the program.

What if I can't attend the live calls?

All calls are recorded and made available within 24 hours. You can submit questions in advance and review the answers in the recording.

Do I need to have capital ready to invest?

While having capital ready will allow you to implement strategies immediately, Marci will also cover creative financing and how to structure deals with minimal personal capital.

Is the 2-day retreat mandatory?

The retreat is included in your investment but not mandatory. However, it's highly recommended as it provides invaluable hands-on experience and networking opportunities. Lodging is not included.
